Just got another £5 Amazon voucher
.
Came home to 14 letters - no wonder since I haven't had any post since Friday . I swear our postie just cuts us out to save time on some days!!
So, letters from creditors - 2 of them accepted my revised offer and 2 of them want income and expenditure forms and medical evidence. No problem with the evidence (I have hospital letters and medical stuff coming out of my ears!!), but the whole point of the revised offer was that some months I might not be able to earn a set amount due to my health.
So what does everyone think? Shall I put down a certain amount that I know won't be putting a lot of pressure on myself when I am unwell and send that in? I obviously want to make overpayments in the months when I can earn more, but I'm not sure if they picked up on that (it was clearly stated in my letter though).

Yes Em, I would put down a small amount that you know you can earn monthly. Don't over commit yourself though, no point saying you will earn £100 a month yet you know when you are ill you can barely make £10 a month. If I were being evil I would give overpayments to the creditors who have aggred with little/no problems. Those that expect you to jump through hoops (and don't even read your letters correctly) deserve to wait a little longer. I know I am sounding evil but these companys do any me sometimes :rotfl:

Thanks Pap :A. Will get them done tomorrow morning and post them out.
The ones that agreed straight away are lower amounts, so I think they will get paid back more quickly anyway. Going to do them in order from lowest to highest, seeing as none of them are charging interest.

Right, letters all done. Capquest have the worst income and expenditure form I have ever seen.
Done a lot of sorting out too. Bedroom is looking a lot less cluttered.
