Oh yeah, you could definitely do it on Freecycle. I got a load of stuff for OH when he first moved out of home. I think all of his furniture was either from Freecycle or donated by his family.

I wonder if anyone could do it with brand new stuff though? Like winning it or getting it from Amazon etc.

Should have done it when I moved in here really. I got new stuff on credit though (nearly paid off now). I could have gotten stuff from Freecycle to tide me over and then gradually replaced it with new free stuff. Oh well, too late now.

Up at 5am again. I managed to get to sleep fine last night - I even slept in the bedroom. Woke up at 5am and had this massive coughing fit. There was this tickle in my throat that wouldn't go away. It was horrible. Needless to say, I couldn't get back to sleep after that.

OH went out to meet his mates last night but used my car (his is having something done to it - god knows what, he is always adding something or changing something on the thing). He promised that he would put petrol in, tempted to get dressed and see if he did just that. I put £10 in on Thursday so will be annoyed if he hasn't.

I have to know. Off to get dressed and take a look. Report back shortly.

Okay, I'll let him off. He did put petrol in. I'm actually 30 miles up on what I did have.

He is off to his parent's at some point today, on the train seeing as I need my car.

Just had some post!! We usually don't get any on a Saturday as the postie can't get through the secure door that early. Don't know how he managed it today.

Another creditor has accepted my proposed monthly amount so I have filled out the direct debit form and will send that back today. I've also got those free cinema tickets through. They have to be used by 14th July so I am going to sweet talk my OH and see if my sister and I can use them today. Free movie and a free KFC? Very MSE!!

OH doesn't mind me using the free tickets today :j:j. So at first I thought the film and KFC would cost me £10, then I got it down to £5 and now it won't cost anything
