New phone advice

I'm able to leave my contract in roughly two months time, so I've started shopping about for deals.

Ideally I'd like an iphone4 however, upon further reserch I think it will most likely be a waste of money.

So now I've found deals on the HTC desire HD, Blackberry Torch and the Blackberry Bold.

I text a lot, phone people a few times a week but not for very long. I'd also like to use some apps but it's most likely I wont pay for them. Internet would be useful, so I'd like it to be resonably quick however I don't need constant highspeed connection. Camera isn't to relevent, as long as it has one which all three do. The most important aspect of my phone would probably be organisation and texts.

Although I've no idea of performance or much else related to the technology side. I was wondering if anybody could help me decide on which phone is better. So any advice welcome, thanks.

I would wait the Samsung Galaxy S 2 will be out soon thats supposed to be a good handset ! Cant use too many apps on the blackberry If not going for the Galaxy then HTC

Or the LG Optimus 2X. Looking at prices I think the Samsung S2 will be expensive when it comes to the UK, although I hope I'm wrong as that's what I want.

Or wait till June and Apple will probably announce the iphone5, but may not be realised for a while after that.

Or just use your current handset on a sim only deal, there's loads of new phones coming out soon.
