    DLB you are so right, my ex next door neighbour got it a few years ago for 'a bad back', strange how that didn't stop him getting up a ladder and painting his house or doing anything else he wanted to do, but did stop him working!

    I'm guessing because they allowed so many cases through when they were wanting to disguise the jobless figures that they've gone in the opposite direction now and are ridiculously hard.
