Easyjet luggage

Is it just me that's noticed, but have Easyjet quietly increased the luggage cost from £18 to £25 for a return flight?

I noticed the other day, they are making extra profit, their handling charges have not gone up that amount. Stelios said a while ago that they should not be making large profits on this type of service as it was not in the franchise sgreement for that to become a high proportion of the profits.0

I've just checked and am still seeing £18 (2x£9) for a return flight from London Gatwick to Geneva, for example. That said, might the luggage charges depend on the route? I can't find a page summarising easyjet's charges on their website, but I didn't look very hard.
Edit: Just looked at flights from Gatwick to Alicante, and it's showing as £25 for a return, and £12.50 for a single journey - so it does appear to vary by route.0 -
I booked a couple of days ago, return flight Liverpool to Jersey - baggage charge was £9 each way0
