Putting Audio books from CD to MP3

Did the mp3 player come supplied with an instruction manual?

If so, are you following exactly the process outlined in the manual for transferring music from your computer to the player?

Have you confirmed that your music is stored on your hard drive in mp3 format?

So you have transferred the files across successfully? It may be worth checking the bitrate of the MP3 files and if your player can support that bitrate too, some don't play all bitrates, hope that helps.

Unfortunately it didn't come with any, and if it did my mum (the owner) can not remember it came with any
