i received a ticket in my local asda for not ' fully' being in a bay. i spoke to the attendant and got loads of abuse.....'' i bet youre the type to park on double yellow lines arent you madam'' '' bet you couldnt cut the mustard as a 'real traffic warden' could you short *...... i was told i could appeal.. and then a laugh and a ' good luck with that'
i went into asda and was told he shouldnt have even been there out of weekends, but that they have no control...so who does?????? grrrrrrrr.........:mad:0 -
Picking up the actual topic, I note with interest that TCP have recently taken over the "management" of the car park at my local Asda. For reasons I will not divulge here I welcome and await their very best attention! My very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016).
For those seeking more detailed advice and guidance regarding small claims cases arising from private parking issues I recommend that you visit the Private Parking forum on PePiPoo.com0 -

After contacting ASDA about the wording of the signs in a couple of their car-parks managed by T&C, they came back with the astonishing statement that the car-parks are nothing to do with ASDA, but are "owned" by T&C who are "under the council" - whatever that means. Frankly, I don't believe them. The supermarkets are located in Grantham and Retford. What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0 -

This is a thread about someone else's case, please don't reply here.
It's hard to tell from your post, but if you actually think you should pay/appeal this old rubbish then please read the sticky threads at the top, they are there for your information:
http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/forumdisplay.php?f=163
Dunno why you are so annoyed and bothered about getting a fake PCN to ignore and that you will never pay (promise me)? Certainly do not even think about appealing (as if!).
If you need to read up on this S>C>A>M then read the info sticky threads 'PPC letters, what to expect' and 'Welcome, Please read Before Posting(!!)' at the top of that link.
If you still have questions after reading those stickies then just cast your eye down and click on ANY thread about anyone who has got any fake PCN from any private company. If you still doubt the advice then post your own thread please...so you can also be told to IGNORE THEM.
Don't reply here, it's called hijacking a thread and won't get any more replies.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Have you tried the vent forum???Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why then you're as thick and stupid as the moderators on here - MSE ForumTeam0 -
Just a quick update:
Following the advice I have been given in this thread, I have ignored the PPC, saying nothing since my first phone call to them.
I have not heard anything for some time now, I think it's safe to say that they have given up, but you can never be to sure... Right?0 -
