As Mrbadexample says, looks like a blatant misuse of his tradeplates.

I had them years ago and you weren't even allowed to park the vehicle or drop the kids off a school even when enroute to a prebooked MOT.

The Police only take an interest when they are not displayed atall. Using their disgression at most other times.

Such as when a car program drove a car with them in the boot and got into all kinds of bother, I think the driver was knicked for driving without valid tax and the program paid the fine.
