    I expect you will have to pay the fees as you won the appeal, they would have been scrapped if you had refunded but as you've got the money from the 'sale' they will still be valid.

    Looks like this saga isn't over.

    eBay just charged my paypal account and took out the £180 from this case which they refunded 10 days ago to the buyer - DESPITE the resolution centre showing my successful appeal that the buyer returned a different item to me.

    I'm sick of ringing eBay up as the phone support people have been of no use whatsoever so far! I think that eBay don't care who wins as long as they get their cash!

    Absolutely shocking behaviour on the buyers and ebays part. (There will still be a few people on here though who will still say this doesn't happen!).

    If you have solid proof against the buyer I would consider taking it to small claims court. For that sort of money and the fact that the buyer is a thieving b*****d I think I would try.
