I am looking for cover on an old (20 ?)Worcester boiler with British Gas (unless anyone can advise to the contrary) but whilst it hasn't given any real trouble in past as it is so old and have my suspicion it is now rather uneconomical, wonder whether it better I put the cost of annual premium towards a new condensing type boiler (although have seen these can be quite unreliable at times so perhaps need a maintenance contract also) and would appreciate if anyone has any observations to make. ( I looked at Homeserve but think these are gas supply pipe cover merchants and how often does that need attending to ? !).
