Nice to have someone with your knowledge looking out for us, I didn't realise you can claim back on others, other than the banks, what can you claim back from your credit, store cards, what about catalogue people, like late payment charges

Anything that is a penalty. This includes late payment fees, returning direct debit fees, bounced cheque fees, excess overdraft fees.... the list goes on.
These fees are unlawful, and the banks are making a lot of money out of them, at the expense of those who can least afford it!
