I have sent of 4 letters this week, its just so nerve racking, which banks have you claimed from and were they all difficult??

does that mean that even if you claim your charges back the bank just carry on charging you!!!!!

I have claimed against hsbc, capital one, and g&e capital (5 accounts).

(and 3000 posts over on CAG!)

you had to claim 3 times against one bank? so technically they have acted unlawfully against you 3 times? how are they allowed to get away with this?

if i had acted unlawfully 3 times, i would be in jail no?

Yep, 3 times.

The fees are unlawfull, not illegal, there is a distinct difference.
One is criminal law, one is civil.

So, its up to us to get our money back!!!!
