i got my last cash back from mobileconnectionsonline.com and have absolute no problem. But the good or bad point is it is fairly good for the people ho live in midlands, as it is monthly cash back you get cash back every month.
if you live in urroundings you can visit and just show ur bill they will put signature on the bill and send ur money in 15- 20 days, so you get money back before ur second bill.
they give u envelops with address on to post the bill if you live far away and u can fax bill

Yes, I have used them for two previous contracts.

To add there cashback system is the best I have found, example you get 7 months free line rental, each month send off bill and they pay you within 7 days direct to account. No need to save and apply on 4th, 8th, eg you get it straight away.

I have had no problems with them, they are part of dialaphone group.
