I have just heard off Natwest Credit Card, they say they are looking into my claim and will get back to me within 10 days, its a shame that this goes over the 14 days they have, they should expect a letter from me in the near future.
Also, what is the cheapest, recorded way to send a letter, and could i go as far to claim this as well?0 -
Hi there,
I am in the process of claiming, and after i sent the first letter i have been charged again, can I increase the amount I ask for? or would i have to start the process again? or send them the second letter with the revised amount on it?
Thank you in Advance

Hi
You can add on any charges up to the point of starting the court claim, so just adjust your second letter with the new figure.
Good luck!
