Anyone else having the same problems?
As many others have done, bought the OSF about 4 months ago, debranded (but not rommed) and now using T-Mobile Sim only contract.
Recently the phone has failed to receive a number of text messages.
Having had a quick look on the internet this seems to be becoming a recurring fault with the OSF, the only solution for which so far is Orange providing new sims, which under the circumstances (as has always been the risk) is now not an option.
Any ideas as to what's causin the problem / possible solutions?
Thanks
Max

No idea about what the cause is, but I can't see the phone suddenly taking exception to the SIM card and stop receiving text messages when it has worked previously.
If I were you, I'd flash it with a standard Android 2.2 and then you can set it up properly with the apps that you want.
Very simple flashing instructions with all the links you need can be found >HERE<Remember kids, it's the volts that jolt and the mills that kill.0 -
Simple instructions perhaps but not simple enough in my case.
There was also reference to a possible T-Mobile glitch, among other problems some (granted not all) encountered when trying to flash the phone.
Will keep monitoring the phone for now and see if the problem perisists.0
