Please help!! T-Mobile have acted illegally
Options
T-mobile have listed me as having defaulted on a payment. This happened over 3 years back. I thought I had payed in full, have proof that I made final payment. 3 years later, they have listed me as Default on my credit score. Does anyone know what I should do? I have sent them a letter asking for them to take it off and explaining how they are in the wrong but got no reply. I need advice on how to pursue this. Through both legal lines and myself.
This is causing me so much stress and worry and I have no clue how to go about getting T-Mobile to listen to me and how to get them to remove the default.

This happened to me a couple of years ago with 3 mobile. I eventually got them to remove the default but it took about 3-4 months of sorting. Do not let them tell you that they cannot remove it, they can.
I would start by taking a look at the information over at consumeractiongroup.co.uk there is a lot of information there about the letters and wording that you need to use, it is very much a step by step process. Search on there for mackenzie hall or 3 mobile default and you will get lots and lots of advice that you can use.
If you have any more questions for me please let me know.0
