iphone 3gs replacement on vodafone

hello there. ive just had a replacement phone from vodafone due to my first handset being faulty. they delivered it fine but were meant to pick up the faulty one later in the day via courier but never did, i havent heard anything from them regards picking up the old one so i was wondering what to do next? have i got another phone for free or will they at some point in the next 2 years ask for it back?

just wondering if anyone has had this happen to them and what they did? thank you!

Guy at work got 2 iphone 4 delivered 4 months ago he only ordered 1 they have never been in touch with him.

Whats wrong with the faulty one?. Is it worth the hassle in should Vodafone come after it.?

Thanks for posting this. The courier that delivered the replacement handset should have taken the faulty one away there and then.

So that we can arrange a return envelope to be sent out to you, can you send us an email here with WRT135 in the subject.

thanks for coming back to me on this, was a bit worried id get a bill or something. i was told on the phone by a vodafone rep that another courier would come the same day. ill send an email to the address youve supplied and try again to sort it. ill just say while im here that every person i spoke to on the phone trying to get this sorted didnt really have much of an idea about what was going on or seemed like they cared if they helped me or not. bit gutted considering i just took a 24 month contract out with them and had 2 faulty phones on the bounce but thats the usual story with customer service nowadays. :mad:

i have emailed vodafone and advised them of whats happened i have as yet had no reply! stuck with no idea what to do now! vodafone customer service has been pretty slack on this
