I'm not too keen on the "3" deal as reception is very poor in the area I live in. It seems that Mobileshop have stopped the 12 month free deals on a 12 month contract on their O2 phones. I've used Mobileshop in the past and am happy with their cashback service. Not too sure about http://www.buymobilephones.net/ as there seem to be mixed reviews.

I've had successful cashback contracts with Mobileshopcom, Buymobilephones.net, carphonewarehouse.com, thelink.com and onestopphoneshop.com for more than 2 years all reliable and good if you are careful and read the conditions.

We've found this to be reliable with cashback. My phone cost me nothing at all throughout the 12 month contract.
