Scan Computers - Awful Service

I have been using Scan computers for years and have spent a fortune with them. However, last week I ordered a £35 computer part which I have found to be incompatible with my other hardware so I promptly filled in a form on their website requesting an RMA number.
3 days later, I have not had any response and have just sent them another RMA request.
Has anyone got experiences of getting an RMA from this company? It just feels like they are avoiding my request so they don't have to refund me.

Scan are slow to do anything except when you give them money. They do within a week or so get round to sorting stuff out though.
You could try phoning them up and badgering them?0 -
They have to under the DSR anyway. Phone and badger them. It's 7 working days from the day after receipt.0

You may not be aware, but Scan have a dedicated forum for reporting any issues - and usually like to be seen to do the right thing.
