Please could I have opinions on how best to re-market this bungalow.
It has been on the market since Spring 2010 and has been reduced from £195K.
I look forward to any suggestions. Thanks

As far as I can see there's nothing wrong with the presentation. The reasons for lack of interest lie elsewhere - price? location?0

Specifically regarding the pics
Get the cameraman on a stepladder to shoot OVER the hedge so that we can see the house
Tidy up the kitchen - remove the clutter - the washing up bowl in the sink, the tray standing at the back of the worktop etc
Find an angle for the lounge photo that doesn't show the wear line in the carpet.
Include photos of both bedrooms and the bathroom if you can. Change the angle on the current bedroom photo to show the bed in context, not the TV in the wardrobe.0 -
I got confused with the back garden....reading the description lawned garden, ramp, steps, open fields - none of these are easily visible in the photo. In fact it looks quite small in the photo.
How big is the conservatory? There's no indication of size or quality - a photo would help a lot.
I agree with googler about trying to take a photo from a higher vantage point. The hedge is off-putting - especially considering I can't see how you enter it!!! There must be a gate somewhere surely...and the drive and garage - there's no sign of these on the photo. Remember a lot of people will look at the photos first before bothering to read the descriptions.
I was surprised there's no photos of the main bedroom (I'm guessing the bedroom in the photos is the smaller one as it looks like a single bed?) and most people like to see the bathroom too.XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX:wave:XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX0 -

You've reduced it 3 times since it went on the market. Have you had many or any viewers in that time? What, if any, feedback have they given? Have you asked for the EA's comments?
As I said, IMHO there is nothing particularly wrong with the pics. Not fantastic but nothing that I would have thought would put any serious buyers off - again IMHO. Any changes would be purely minor and I would suggest wouldn't make a huge difference. You can try though of course.0 -
I can't track it down on streetview. The road only seems to have that one on that side and two on the other side. That'd stop me from looking into it further if it takes me more than 2-3 minutes to find it on google streetview.
It's on the tab, but I can't find it in the full maps.google.co.uk to see where it's placed etc
Edit: I found it in the end... by looking for the next road.0 -

It's the bungalow right behind the white camper van. You can see it almost as soon as you open Streetview.0 -
It's on streetview. Just rotate the view and you'll see it.0

It needs a floor plan.0
