hi ok you have prob heard all this before but im so angry about my bank .........
just this last week i had a £30 charge taken out of my money miss use of card they called it ........ this morning i got bank statment and i have to pay them another £30 in charges ok so i went over drawn but im sure its not fair to be charged twice for one thing ? im on a very low income struggling to live if i go over drawn it not for anything good its so we can eat or have heat sorry for ranting on can anyone help me ? about this being charged twice thing thanks from shona :eek:

thanks for that i may just give natwest a call i did read on here a few ppl have done that and it helped thing is on the online banking the money was there to be used do it said but now im stuck with the £60 plus £12 advantage gold charges plus £5 interst charges i been so good at not going over since xmas last year ....... thanks for the reply i will look into the link u gave me
