A number of customers rang EDf at the time to make sure that they were being set up on the correct OS7 tariff. From memory, I thought you were one of them? You should be alright but I would check very carefully.

I waited to see what would happen. It's not pretty is it?

So according to this anyone who applied for the online saver 7 dual fuel bonus from EDF after November 30th will not qualify for the £100 bonus ???

I applied on 1st December and got the £100 bonus offer leaflet in my welcome pack !!

No it was just a copy of the web page I had saved !it was extended as backfoot has said

Yes I did get assurance that the OS7 tariff would be applied from the off and I have that assurance in an email but I really was hoping that I wouldn't have to moan at them again. Why can't they get it right first time?

I kept pestering them and ringing up to make sure I got transferred from the Standard tariff to the Online Saver 7 tariff. Eventually, after a month of trying I spoke to someone at the end of the last month who did the transfer manually and backdated it to December 25th, which was the same date my Quidco cashback was verified so I assume that was the date it was all confirmed (my Gas was switched on Dec 21st).

Not sure if this helps anyone!
