Linden Homes Now asking for more money?

Just wondering if any one could please advise me about Linden Homes as I am planning to buy a 3 bed freehold property in Bromley newbuilt.
Could some one share their experiences about buying a house from them, I am more keen to know if the property is strong enough and worth any of my money. I have heard and read some bad stories about other builders but Linden seems to me bit better in terms of quality of the build.

But I would appreciate if some one direct me to the right link where these issues were discussed already.
