O2 or Talk Talk?

I'm currently with TT for Broadband only & after a whole host of !!!!-ups by them I have my MAC code & am free to go!
However, my options are limited, my LLU options are TT, O2 or BT.
O2 have been recommended but I have been hearing a few things recently that they throttle speeds & are really no better than TT.
I'm looking at their "Allrounder" package. I mainly use internet for surfing, iPlayer, email, occasional movie / music downloads, and occasional Xbox Live gaming.
In your experiences, would I be likely to get any problems with O2? Or would I be better sticking with TT??

O2 are better than TalkTalk especially if you have trouble with your line.
Yes, O2 started chucking people off the network sometime last year if they were a heavy user.
I would go to O2 over TalkTalk - at the time I went to O2 because they had a superior ADSL2+ network when taking over another network (called Be I think).
TalkTalk were having problems with user volume - too many customers. However, things might have improved over the last few years, so I am unsure.
But I would go with O2. Especially if you have another O2 service, such as a contract mobile or Mobile Broadband - then you can knock £5 / month off the home broadband package.0 -
If O2 is available then so is BE, they're on the same network but are not subject to the same restrictions re traffic shaping, download limits etc so might be worth taking a look at them.Blessed are the geeks, for they shall inherit the Internet.0
