I told the new guy at the bank he said that he had no idea why i had been transfered he said basicly sometimes it hapens when they try get rid of a call.I logged a complaint with him as it happened to me last month so i got transfered back.omg back to square one explained all i want to do is pay my bill the gentleman said oh hang on a second omgf the same thing hapened so i wanted to speak to the manager to make matters worse the guy said i wasntnt aloud unless i made a complaint on the computer i said it should be logged to my annoyence the other guy made no complaint.spoke to the manager he was rude and not helpful and said ring up in 3days to pay so i said i want to complain further he said if i did its him i eventualy got adresss.

  • Ouch my eyes hurt after reading that, spell check and some punctuation would be an idea if you want someone to reply

I would suggest you make a formal complaint in writing

Get someone to put a letter of complaint together. Do not attempt yourself as it will end up in Lloyds file 13 tray.
