Complaint about Tesco.....They cheated and conned me.......

I was highly insulted at my local Tesco and that too by a man whose English I could not understand. To make metters worse, when I rang to complain I could not make out what the staff said. Then when I wrote about it, I had a letter from Tesco accusing me of being racist and threatening to prosecute me. I wrote another letter saying that not understanding them was not my fault. I then had a visit from the Police who took me to the station, finger printed me and gave me a warning.
Absolutely fuming.

I still cannot see how you were "cheated and conned" as per your OP.
Some more details may help.0 -

That's awful op.
Whatever you do, don't go back.
EXACTLY the same thing happened to a friend of mine, he went back and security guards jumped on him and accused him of "looking at them funny" and in the melle he slipped on a ...well, I am sure you can guess the rest, and just when he thought " metters" couldn't get worse.0 -

A friend of mine had a run in with Tesco security.
He was accused of 'being in possession of a loud shirt'.
They didn't jump on him, they just pointed and laughed.
Disgraceful. There are two types of people in the world: Those that can extrapolate information.0 -
