i ended up going for this Panache - Evie Basque i went to a local shop and went through a few options but this was the best one for me.
the shop also gave me a great pair of control knickers to use with them and i've got the matching evie pants after all the pics when i just want to let it all hang out! :rotfl:0 -

As much as I like the slimming effect of spanx, I can't imagine attempting to go to the toilet wearing them and a wedding dress!0
