Wedding Day Underwear

My dress was boned and lace-up so looked far better without a bra than with (even though I can normally NEVER go braless as I need support!). I just got a nice pair of pants and hold-ups.

Absolutely - hubby having to help me take literally hundreds of hair pins out of my head completely killed whatever romantic mood there might have been at the end of the night. Not that there was anyway - we were SHATTERED!!

I didn't wear a bra, my dress had plenty of support for my big bazookas!

Knickers, I just wore plain ivory lace ones from M&S. I did have hot pink frilly knicks which were fab, but you could see the outline of the frills through my dress over my backside, so I never got to wear them on the day.

As for the night time, I slept naked, in the bed with my husband, and in the room was daughter and baby too! (wasn't planned like that!)
We were too shattered to get upto anything anyway even if the kids weren't in the room. We made up for that on honeymoon though

I got mine from Debenhams - a gorgeous ivory satin strapless bra & french knickers, and skintone lace-top hold-ups. They had quite a few different options to choose from.

If you pick up the Debenhams wedding book, they usually have a voucher in the back for 20% off the underwear, or buy on a 20% off everything day?

So i can change later on in the day to a fresh pair...

I third that bra! It's pretty for a strapless bra and has done me proud on a number of occasions (I'm also a 36DD). I got the matching thong in House of Fraser so I'm saving that for my wedding day.

I'll definitely get something to get changed into for the night though.
