Unfortunately a side effect of that is where people have the word in their username for completely innocent reasons it does mark it out when it's written on the forum, which is what you've found.

Obviously it doesn't affect your actual username but if you'd like to be able to have it show up in posts etc we can amend it to something that's hopefully not in the swear filter so this doesn't happen. If you'd like to PM me with some alternatives then I'll see what I can do.

Also, Monday and Tuesday are our busiest days of the week, focused on getting the weekly email out to so unfortunately we can't always reply to people on here until later in the week.
