Carphone Warehouse
Does anyone have any way to help me? I had th great misfortune to purchase a two year contract with carphone warehouse and a sony ericsson x10 mini pro phone. So far we have had 3 replacement phones and they are STILL not willing to admit there is a problem and allow us to change to a different make and model. We have been told by their repair centre that after 3 faulty phones we can have a change but they have now changed that saying the first phone was not changed by the repair centre so doesn't count and that we now have to have 5 repairs before we can change the phone!! We are constantly out of pocket as we are paying a contract we cannot use fully and spending most of our time travelling to anf from the store to drop off the phone and pick it up again!!:mad: I wish w had never set foot in their store....
