t-mobile problem
At my dads house i am getting no signal on t-mobile unless i go out upstairs into the bathroom. Seeing as this was a major problem i opted into the t-mobile orange share, and i thought my signal should be much better as i have a orange mast 150- 200m away. However there has been no improvement, i still cant get a signal downstairs, or any 3g connectivity the 3g signal keeps disappearing, i have phoned t-mobile the 3rd time i phoned they said there was work going on in my area which had now finished, according to the coverage checker i should be getting very good coverage and a constant 3g connection im getting neither, what should i do? Could it be my sim? any help will be appreciated

you will only roam onto orange when there is NO tmobile sig. Share is only on 2G at this time.0

yep i know! thats why i opted in im not getting any bars of signal on t-mobile whilst downstairs and i would of thought it would switch to orange so i could at least call and text, apprently not lol0

i only mentioned 2g, as your post refered to 3g a lot in it.
What you can do is 'force' your fone onto the other 2g network. how to do that depends on your device.0 -

Hi quick update, i phoned them up again as my coverage was completly gone today again, theys aid they had to manually configure network sharing between t-mobile and orange. after being on the phone for 45 minsutes they sorted the problem, i now have at least 3 bars of signal!0
