as far as we were concerned we were getting unlimited download from BT for around £25 a month but my dad is in charge of all so dont know how accurate it is and if we've ever been notified that it changed
but we've just been charged £90 for excess downloads!!!
dont mind cutting down on downloads but want a package thats gonna give the max downloads for the least price,
we have orange so can get the £5 BB but fair usage is 30gb
we have sky but not a premium package so know BB will cost a bit but we cant seem to get any info without registering on the site and its all in my dads name and hes useless at this stuff
talk talk i want to avoid
everywhere else it seems to be over £20pm for a fair usage of 40gb for that we may aswell stick with BT
if we threaten to cancel with BT would they give us any negotiation on price?
im not in a cable area aswell which restricts me!

Just a point to bear in mind that Thus are trying to sell Demon. So we Demon
users may soon be transferred to another ISP or be soon looking for another one. This is a pity as I have been very happy with Demon.0 -
i would go with sky.. 16 meg for £10 a month is too good to pass up but dont think theres another number to call besides the 0870 number.
As for fair usage not really much you can do about it, its there so if they have too many people over-using they are entitled to ask you to limit your downloads but ive yet to receive any letters and ive been known to download solidly for 3 months at a time, even when i was with NTL and they had a limit of x-gb's a month i still never received a complaint0
