You can tell a lot about a woman by her hands..........for instance, if they are placed around your throat, she's probably slightly upset. ;)

  • Utter rubbish, graham. The reclaiming of UNLAWFUL bank charges might have accelerated the introduction of new stealth charges, but outfits as greedy and self-serving as the banks would have introduced these anyway, sooner or later, regardless of the current situation. Well done to all of us who have stood up to these thieves, and those who suggest we should stomach being ripped off so THEY can continue to have 'free' banking should seriously question their motives: it's ok to breach the law if it's in your own interests, is it?

LOL I'm not the only one who thinks it. Theres a massive thread with loads of us talking about how selfish reclaiming charges is.
  • What a load of rubbish. Well done on the charges campaign. NONSENSE, we are failing people in the charges campaign. We have done for a long time. Oh, there is 2 additional charges, wow. Is that what has happened? Get a grip people, it was estimated that the banks made 4.6Billion pounds in ONE YEAR ALONE and for half a year 2007 they have repaid 1 Billion pounds. I congratulate no one cos where the hell did the other people charged 3 billion pounds go to? Did they not listen to the messages? DId they accept the charges? Did they go bankrupt? Let us all get a grip and maybe stop patting ourselves on our back because the banks are going to court, but punch ourselves in the face for not getting more people aware that it is not the charge itself that is at issue but the level of it. CONGRATULATIONS for nothing. THe campaign has merely scraped the surface.
I have not worked for NatWest Bank since February 2009

I'm gonna have to leave this thread. Your utterly insane.

Shell or BP (one or the two) make over a million quid a minute. Should we be camping outside the forecourts demanding our money back because shock horror a company made a profit?!

    Why?

Do you agree to the banks unlawfully applying penalty charges?

What are your reasons for this?

Post a link to that thread as I have a few things I woulod like to post.
