morning all

yesterday spent the whole day doing my sons room, moving it around swapping furniture etc

its almost looks snazzy now

have to finish it this morn but he is pleased with it

am going to do the living room next, hopefully today
and the kitchen, and the.....you get the picture

Just popping in to show my support for the sad loss of the special lady Diva. Thinking of Ian, her family and friends but especially LL and Jinks xx

Monday ~ Kitchen and Dining Mess
Level One
Sweep, vacuum and mop floors
Level Two
Level Three
Wipe units and large appliances.. don't forget kickboards!
Wipe the tops of the wall units.. lining them with old wallpaper or newspaper keeps them clean!
Dejunk window sills, dust blinds and wash windows!


Extras

1. Wash light shades and clean bulbs
2. Clean out the smelly fridge
3. Wash the vacuum cleaner innards, noonoo's, brushes and filters.. do not reassemble until completely dry!!

Tuesday ~ Living/Family/Reception room
Level One
Level Two
Level Three

Extras

1. Sort through the box of miscellaneous belongings
2. Binbag dance

Wednesday ~ Master bedroom
Level One
Strip, wash and replace the bedding.. leave the mattress and duvet to air!
Level Two
Wash the curtains/nets and clean the window before rehanging them!
Level Three
Sort through a box of stuff...
If it hasn't been done in a while vacuum and turn the mattress
Tidy up a cupboard of clothing





Extras

1. Clear out dead and dying tops
2. HHI
3. Wash any coats needed to be clean for school after half term!
4. If any children are due shoe checks/opticians/dentists today is the day to sort these out!

Thursday ~ Bathroom, hall, stairs and landing!
Level One
Declutter and vacuum/mop floors
Level Two
Clean the bath, sinks, blah blah.. you know the list! don't forget the back of the toilet.. that gets gross.. and under the icky rim!
Empty out and clean a cupboard.. put back the necessaries neat and tidy!
Wash doormats, bathmats and shower curtains
Level Three
Wipe radiators.. front and back!
Replace any dead sponges/toothbrushes!




Extras

1. Binbag dance
2. HH doing something you want to do.. reading or whatever.
3. Check where the car papers are and see when MOT/insurance/tax are due!.. put them in a file safely!!.. Ditto house insurance papers!
4. Clean out the upstairs bins.

Friday ~ Chimps rooms!/Spare rooms..
Level One
Go strip, wash and replace with clean any bedding
Spend half an hour doing something that makes you happy.. and I do NOT want details!! Or else you get mine with full colour graphics!
Level Two
Rope children in and declutter the floors and quickly vacuum them
Straighten cupboards of clothing/shoes
Make sure school stuff is ready for next week.. inc. homework done!
Level Three
Tidy up a bookcase or a toy box.. or just a box of junk!
Wash any smelly curtains and wash windows
Clean out any pongy pets




Extras

1. Go spend some time with your little people.. or big people.. or friends.. or man hunting (greenbee )
2. Binbag dance
3. HHI
4. Spend weekend slobbing!

Right thats looking a bit better. Ive got a funeral this morning at 11 so will be working this afternoon instead.My friend who was hit by cars on the bypass very sad will also be thinking of Diva and her family and friends today going to light my purple candle now will catch up later samx

Posting in purple today to pay my respects to Diva.

Recovering from cold but now have enough energy to tackle the week's list! Haven't done anything all week except lie in bed feeling sorry for myself so am keen to get this pit of a house sorted - I'm sure things have been jumping out of cupboards and having a party while I've been ill. Need to spend an hour in each room catching up.


Starting first hour in our bedroom - 1st job to evict the cat that's curled up on the bed I have to strip...


Back at half ten for a cuppa and gearing up to tackle the next room...

valli/Dusty/nixie Thanks for the concern. I was just feeling a bit emotional. Took myself off to bed and feeling better this morning.

Meeting sister for lunch and friend I haven't seen in over a year for dinner so will be busy today. Will S&S sisters kitchen so I can still say I'm flying.:T
