Yes I knew to ignore all letters. From previous threads I was led to believe that a 4th letter would apparently be from a debt collection agency.
The fact that it appeared to be from a reputable firm of solicitors made me have a small niggly doubt. Also the point was also to inform others of this development in their 'tactics'.
Still no more correspondence from PE. Have they written it off?

Reputable or not, the Solicitor is just acting as a debt collector, so effectively this is your letter from a debt collection agency.

Several solicitor firms do this, they must be desperate for work. But debt collectors have no powers and almost no PPC ever goes near a Court unless someone takes THEM there!

My guess would be that Pannone will send a 'FINAL NOTICE' or something similar - maybe after a 6 week gap which seems typical . Most of these solicitors seem to issue at least 2 letters in their attempts to gather a bit of the money from any mugs who actually pay up.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
