Hi people, If anyone can help with this I would be more than greatfull.

I bought a couple of hoodies from zucci and wheni recieved them they didnt fit so sent them back by registered post. its now a month later and I still havent got my refund. Ive sent loads of emails and phoned the two numbers I have for them and cant get a reply. Ive searched online and found im not the only one in this situation.

It now looks like this company is going bust and have set up in a different name.

If anyone has any advice id be very greatfull

Yeah it dosent look good mate. My credit card co says they cant do anything so it looks like im out of pocket. total joke!!!!

How much did the hoodies cost?

If over £100, the credit card company simply cannot refuse to help.

It only came to £75 for the two. Its not a huge sum of money it just really bugs me. My login details dont work on the new site so basically there saying its a whole new company

Good news and bad news

Bad news first, the zuccionline website has now been taken down so it looks like the company is no longer trading. They have/had a store in Wrexham but they are not even answering the phone at the store (telephone number 01978 363666) the address is 28-30 Henblas Street Wrexham LL13 8AD if anyone wants to go and have a look what is happening there! However I doubt if the store is still open.

Good news, well not great but a glimmer of hope.... Before the website was taken done it was redirecting customers to www(dot)designerclothinguk(dot)com which is also based in Wrexham and has had the domain registered by MR DUANE ROBERTS (Same as Zuccionline.co.uk). This site seems to still be trading so I think the best chance for anyone to get their money back would be to get intouch with this company as they seem to be owned by the same person.

If anyone does manage to get intouch with either zuccionline or designerclothinguk please post on here either a phone number or an email address that they actually reply to!

In post#8 a 2009 address was given for Zuccionline.

Google cache from 6 Feb 2011 shows that same address...

Post #8 has their warehouse address. They also had stores on Wrexham high street and a store in Southport, both of which now seem to be closed. Another contact number I have found is 01978 365192 so I will try that today and see if I get any joy!
