My son has this phone and is quite pleased with it. It's a good basic-level phone and it is easy to upload music, themes with the data cable. He likes the "frames" you can use with the camera to make silly pica of your friends!
Compared to the 550i, the onscreen graphics are less defined and the video camera is rather jerky."Cheap", "Fast", "Right" -- pick two.0
