If it's a type of PPI then you can try to reclaim it if you feel it was mis-sold.
Refer to the MSE guide for details how.

Its not PPI. It is known as waiver of premium or waiver of contribution. It is actually closer to PHI in product type.

Thankfully it isnt. It is considered best advice to have waiver attached to policies. Even today, you have to state why a pension policy or life policy hasnt get waiver of premium attached to it.

You do realise that complaining to get your premiums returned isnt a game to make you more money? Typically these types of plans are recommended and put in place under a full advice process with the adviser involved potentially financially liable for the advice they give. Its not some faceless insurance company. Now, if you have been mis-sold then that is a different matter. However, if you are considering telling lies to try and get money back then shame on you.

So, why do you think you were mis-sold?

insurance is not reclaimable if low on money. it is only reclaimable if mis-sold, you have not stated why you feel it was mis-sold.
