hi all any advice on this one,son has 3 contracts with 3 (family members) got phone call to upgrade the 3th contract as he upgraded the other 2 a week ago went though everything ,DOB,post code and all that ,and was offered a good deal on that contract which he accepted ,but here's the thing I got a txt saying thanks for upgrading your contract on my moble not the phone that they phoned ,I have my own contract with 3 which is up in April and when I phoned to say I didnt upgrade they just said we will cancel the new contract to which I said there is no new upgrade so they are now going to look at what was said between my son and the person he spoke to .I am not happy that they were able to upgrade my phone when my son had to repeat his DOB twice and that was the second phone call to HIS phone not mine ,so does anyone think I could use this to get a better upgrade offer ????
