Anyone know whats going on with Orange........
.... and supplies of the Samsung D500. Ive been waiting over a month for my nice new shiny D500 but to date..... nothing? Called up Orange a few times to find out whats going on but all I seem to get from them is "how's about a Nokia 6230 instead" Its starting to wear thin now! I notice that there's quite afew dealers that have them in stock now, what I dont understand is why its taking Orange so long to stock them?
Whats really getting on my man boobs is they wont offer the tariff I negotiated with them until the handset arrives which I think is unreasonable considering the amount they've kept me waiting!
Any idea's people?

OSPS say they won't have any new D500 on Orange for 2 months. I've heard from other places that there is a massive back log they are trying to get through.... so maybe if you ordered it a while ago you might get it sooner.
The Nokia 6230 is half the value, but it is a very decent phone. Maybe you can negotiate a lower monthly bill if you accept it?0 -
Wait for the Samsung D500!!! Its a superb phone!0

Mark_Ice,
a friend is in exactly the same position. Surely Orange aren't keeping people on their old tariffs with the D500 as the bait? No, a company wouldn't be that unscrupulous, would they?........and then the window licker said to me...0 -

andy88,
Cynical, me? No, just trying to work out with my free calculator how much extra Orange would be pocketing per day by keeping people on the old tariffs. I've run out of fingers and am using a binary counting system based on my teeth. Now that is a BIG number I've just got up to......and then the window licker said to me...0 -
... you lost count while you were typing?0

Open wide and say AAAAAAARRRRGGGGHHH!...and then the window licker said to me...0
