It's on that link I posted as well, so must be good. My favourite is the Peyia Tavern, but these days it's probably full with expats every night which diminishes the experience.

My wife and I went to Paphos in February about 10 years ago. Definitely go up the Troodos(?) mountains. On the way up there was a trout farm restaurant where they served really nice trout (and other stuff) Cyprus is one of those places where you can go traipsing through the snow in the morning and be in shorts/tee shirt on the beach in the afternoon. When we went up the mountains there was 3 foot of snow and we made snow angels. In the afternoon/evening we were in Paphos town feeling decidedly warm. If you go to Aphrodites bath take the coast road on the way back, it was a bit rough at times but the views were worth it. You can drive on dirt tracks for 2 hours and not see another soul.
