    I spy PPC troll !!
Trying to bring people who won't be bullied into paying them into disrepute.

The vast majority here do not deliberately park in diasbled spaces or parent spaces when not entitled to or indeed not pay in a P & D.

TROLL ! Kingfelix new poster, posting objectionable parking practices that the vast majority would never condone.

Now where did I put my ignore button ??

Think what you want mate, these car parks are massive anyway, about 100 disabled bays. No one would do it if all the disabled bays or parent bays were full because that would be wrong. Only if it's 50% full or less. Then it's fair game because at the end of the day it costs these PPC's hundreds of pounds in wasting time and writing letters ... more people should take a stand, but I underatnd not everyone can because they dont know the truth!!!

I appreciate not everyone will feel this way but that's why we live in a free country, if you want to pay your invoice be my guest but you might as well throw it down the drain instead.

Double bluff ? I will give you benefit of the doubt.
But that still makes you an extremely objectionable parker.

Who said anything about paying a PPC , not I for sure.

Can you please tell me where the car park with 100+ disabled spaces is ?
I notice you are back tracking now saying you ..opps sorry your "friend".. would not do it if they were all full.

We'll have to agree to disagree then. I don't expect everyone to agree and I admit it's not what everyone would do.

Msg me if you want further details, if I put the car parks on here then the PPCs might be able to track me [you trying to get me in the !!!! mate? ;)]

As advised any change in the law is not retrospective so they cant go back, however if you chose to wind a PPC up so much by using the same car or RK, and your friend used the same car park it would not be to difficult for a PPC to identify someone as the driver. If they wanted too!

47 tickets is £4700 I think if I was a PPC I would take time for a little investigation! Also a punt in court. Although disabled bays are not official in private car parks, as seen in a couple of recent cases, they add weight to the PPC's case!

Remember in a criminal court you are innocent until proven guilty beyond reasonable doubt! In a county court its down to probability! Any well defended case should be winnable, but a judge could think your friend was taking the pi$$ and find against him!

If your friend is intent on winding the PPC's up there are better ways then parking across two disabled bays!

Any ideas when this will all change then so I can let my friend know?

It's going to be a !!!!!! when my friend can't !!!! off the warden any more by parking across two disabled bays, but in the mean time, he'll do it until the new laws comes into affect like it's going out of fashion! :D

    TAKE THAT YOU SCA***ERS.
    :beer::beer::mad:

I hope you end up disabled and then not able to find a parking space because some inconsiderate !!!!!! like you is taking up two spaces!

In response to the OP's question....

the regulations say [paraphrasing] if the PPC hasn't actioned it within 60 days it's over.

Similarly...laws [except seemingly tax laws] cannot be made retrospective [ie if the 'offence' was before the law then it's moot].

That should stop OPC issuing their 2 year old court claims.:rotfl:

makes the registered keeper, not the driver, liable for these charges?

The liability change doesn't make the tickets suddenly enforceable.
