Problems with orange

We have had multiple problems on several contracts with Orange over the past 6 months or so mainly the following:
Dropping Calls
Not being able to make Calls
Not being able to connect to Internet

Orange admit they have problems with transmitters and cancelled one of our contracts.
Another contract they are trying to charge us a VAST amount of money (thousands!) for internet connection even though historically we can show that we hardly used internet on the phone.
Our final contract they are refusing to do anything on the basis that we can make calls sometimes and use the internet occasionally then we have nothing to complain about.

Needless to say i'm not accepting this argument and am now contacting Which, Watchdog and my solicitor. If you have similar stories please get in touch.

    Have you contacted Oranges exec team regarding your contract which you say you owe them thousands ? Their email address is easily obtainable ! They would probably be the best point to contact going forwards as they can resolve these issues when all else has failed
