Hallo
Both my dd1 and I now have OSF up and running and very pleased after initial problems with our both receiving faulty phones.
However one small problem with DD1's is that everyday she has a voicemail message appearing and when you ring through to voicemail it says no messages. I do not have this with my OSF and have checked in my settings and in "Voicemail Service", "My Carrier" is turned off with no green light (no idea what it means but I do not get this voicemail icon everyday on my phone. However dd1's green light is on and even though I tap it (and tap it) it will not turn off.
Is there another way to change/turn off voicemail and stop this message appearing every day. I am guessing she did not set it up properly at the beginning (think she said to skip it but not sure) but its annoying and I think costs her to check it just in case its a genuine voicemail message.
Any ideas much appreciated.

The MWI is controlled by the carrier, not the phone, so you'd have to talk to them.0
