Refunds for over-charged sewerage bill

I live in the West Midlands. I got a letter yesterday from South Staffordshire saying that we have been over-billed for sewerage/used & surfaced water since 2004. So I got a bit excited only to find out that the refund is only £1.89  . This refund is due to some comments made by OFWAT saying that Severn Trent has been overcharging customers for Sewerage since 2004.

Has anybody had the same letter yet? My total annual bill is £239 unmetered (including £140 for sewerage). I can't believe that they have only overcharged us £1.89 since 2004. How do I Know?
