Thats what I was trying to do when I requested the information! Surey with all the info I provided ( and it was extensive) that I can get my correct correct credit file, complete with all the info so I can start the clear up? Is that too much to ask?0

No, it's certainly not too much to ask, but as James pointed out, there may be a discrepancy in how creditors have recorded your address (I know my address shows slightly differently on post from some companies).
The only other thing I would suggest, is to wait a couple of months. Unless my memory has gone (which, to be honest, is a possibility
), I thought you posted that you are not discharged yet? My understanding from the excellent sticky on this forum is that you should wait a couple of months after discharge before chasing creditors to update your file, as they don't have the info yet to update it, and you'll waste your time (and money on recorded letters) chasing some that *may* update your file correctly and in a timely manner.

Thanks for that. How patronising! I have been bankrupt for 3 yrs..... whistling and walking away! How dare you.
I wasn't trying to patronise you, just pointing out a habit that most of us current/ex bankrupts have had in the past.
You asked why some of your creditors were not listed, you got a possible answer from the horses mouth (and suggestion from another poster that it may actually be there but not visible to you), and then suggested that you wouldn't want to resolve the matter.
I apologise if you found my wording patronising, but my underlying point was as I have stated - it's surely not in your interest to not try to resolve it.VSP Challenge 2014 #??? - £9.970 -
You apologise and then you do it again. Love it.0

I apologised for my wording, not my point, unless I misunderstand what you mean by, "Clearly its to my benefit not to have this rectified?!".
Surely it is to your benefit to have this rectified?
Anyway, you've got your answer from the CRA guy, your choice what you do.VSP Challenge 2014 #??? - £9.970 -
I think its a bit confusing as to what you are actually after, in one sentance you sayWhy should I raise this???? Clearly its to my benefit not to have this rectified?! Plus the credit agencies have a statutory obligation to keep my file up to date!
and then you sayThats what I was trying to do when I requested the information! Surey with all the info I provided ( and it was extensive) that I can get my correct correct credit file, complete with all the info so I can start the clear up? Is that too much to ask?
which looks like you do want to get it rectified. I think people are just a bit confused as to what exactly you are wanting to do?0 -

I'm not confused. Mazza has investigated and found that the bankruptcy is not showing; so why on earth would they want to do anything that would make it show?
Now all Mazza wants to know is whether there is the chance that it would show to anyone credit checking but not show to Mazza.I'm a Forum Ambassador on the housing, mortgages & student money saving boards.
