Ugh, Orange suck!!! ROP
Options
I had my phone stolen and they said they would give me a £50 goodwill, so I had to pay the other £45 (which were used by the theives...!!!!!!!s)
Annnnnyway, I just checked my online bill and it says -£7.50...ok, weird. Then...!! It says I can't view my account because I'm £42.50 in debt so can't view my account *sigh* I always have so many issues with orange. Does my head in.
Sorry, another question...can I cancel added "bundles" at any time? I tried looking on their site but couldn't find out whether it was a month-by-month thing or 24mths etc?

With regards to the bundles then you should be able to cancel these at anytime, with regards to the airtime being used then until you notify Orange of the phone being stolen then you are liable for any calls to be made. If you can prove that you tried to report this to them and they havent placed the bar on in time then I would challenge this. However if this usage if before you called Orange then I would say that they have been fair by giving you a reduction0

Well yeah I did prove to them that I called before the calls were made and they said to me on the phone that they would give me a £50 goodwill thing and that it would come off in this bill0

Thats not good enough ! They need to refund it all then simply not good enough to give half back. If they havent applied the bar in time Orange are responsible for the whole lot0
