Still cant access web via O2 on Orange San Francisco

Have changed settings to ones I found online, and text O2ACTIVE to 2020 but still no joy, anyone got any ideas why i still cant access the internet on my phone???????????????

I found that link last night and tried it twice but no luck wifi is fine indoors but cant get online at all with the net when im out and about

how olds the sim card? have you been able to access data before the switch to Blade/Sanfran?

The SIM itself is nearly as old as the Queen, but i managed to access internet with it in my SEricsson C510

Have asked O2 to send me a new SIM
