been into day looked over agreement before signing etc.

santander is the company putting up finance at fixed rate of 8% which isnt brill but better then 12% with black horse.

i personally think they screwed up on the paperwork on the focus and need to sort it asap.

i have been doing some digging on the megane and i think ill stay away from it, have informed the dealer today of this.

whats on the table is a 09 seat ibiza fr sport 1.4 or a kia ceed 1.6 5 door on a 09

not sure what to go for if any and just keep what i have.

they are main renault dealer so you would think they would do everything proper when doing deals.

what do you lot think?

Tell them you want a newer Focus as a straight swap. If they go for that, it will confirm they're trying to deal with an earlier screw-up that could cost them much more if they don't sort it out. In which case, you might as well benefit from it.
One thing you can almost guarantee with a modern Renault is electrical problems. Don't blame you for keeping away.

id defo say its a !!!! up somewhere.

the kia they offered is lovely but so much on insurance, where the ibiza is ideal insurance wise and looks great etc but maybe a little to small

They sold you a Focus at 6k then bought it back a year later for 8k

yep, i havent actually gone a head with deal yet. but yep, actual price i bought focus for a year ago was 6795.99 and yesterday was offered 8356.00 for it.

its even documented on the paper work we have with the proposal. so who knows
