Whoa! - Retailers on MSE

Pigsback used to moniter their thread, they helped me out when tickets I ordered hadn't arrived two days before the event.
I think it's good myself, not only can they help, but they get feedback too0 -
Excellent customer service - for a change! Well done Bigpockets!

Big Pockets have been around for years and are known for their good customer service. As someone else said, they hang out regularly over at DVD Forums. They are sponsors over there and are always quick to follow up on questions from customers. Don't see a problem with them posting here but (as rebekka mentions) we should be wary as anyone can just create an account and claim to be so and so.0

That's actually how I found this forum after someone posted a link to my company's website!0

Actually BigPockets have a bit of a mixed reputation on the DVD Forums. If you go into their forum and change the view to 'last year' you'll find more than a few with problems.
I don't use them myself due to the hassle I had getting a refund years ago (took about 4 weeks in total after they had taken money for goods they did not have and could not supply). Never did get the right amount back either. They promised the earth...and delivered mud. Technically though it did meet the spec.0 -

if only they replied to emails quickly.
I emailed them a question about a product over a year ago and no response, and another email about something else about 5months ago, and again still no response.ॐ Signature Removed by Someones Mum. ॐ0 -
I think that everyone uses MSE now and if I saw someone complaining about the company I worked for then I would help get it right if I could. Also, I guess it would also help monitor any pricing errors or faults with codes as somone would post it on Grabbit and then the company would be able to pick it up and adjust it so they don't lose too much money.0

If you google <company>+problem, links to MSE posts turn up quite often.0

It must pay a company to employ some-one these days to read MSE. Not only to rectify problems before they turn into a 'nationally known' problem but also to catch out experienced MSErs who know how to save a few quid from THEM.:rotfl:The curve that can set a lot of things straight is a smile0
